5 days Baking Workshop

Join us in the heart of Paris at our cozy studio, where each participant will learn to make freshly baked pastries like croissants, pains au chocolat, French brioches, and various cakes during this 5-day workshop. The workshop includes 4 days (20 hours of hands on baking) intensive baking and a half-day tour of Paris.
This workshop is open to everyone, whether you're dreaming of offering a delightful breakfast to your loved ones or you're a beginner, an apprentice baker, or a cooking enthusiast looking to perfect your skills. Throughout the workshop, participants will receive explanations and then create the recipes under the guidance of the chef. At Studio Pâtisserie, we believe this hands-on approach is the best way to teach precise skills such as making French croissants, timeless pains au chocolat, viennoiseries, brioches, fraisiers, choux pastries, classic tarts, and more.
At the end of the workshop, you'll take your pastries home. During the Paris tour, the chef will take you to visit baking utensil stores, Julia Child's favorite shops, the oldest pastry shop in Paris, and other bakeries to compare the products you've made. You'll also visit bookstores to learn about recommended cookbooks for practicing at home and take a break for lunch.
